What to include

To help us find the right purchase quickly, include the approximate purchase date and, if available, the UnveilJoy reveal link or Stripe receipt reference.

Please do not send card details. Never email your full card number, CVC, password, Stripe secret key or webhook secret.

Reveal deletion

If you want a reveal removed, send us the reveal link and enough information to verify that you are the purchaser. We may retain limited transaction or security records where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service.
