1. About UnveilJoy

UnveilJoy provides personalised digital reveal pages that can be shared using a private link. You can contact us at unveiljoy@outlook.com.

2. What you are buying

A purchase gives you one interactive digital reveal based on the message, occasion, design and reveal style you choose. After successful payment, we create a shareable UnveilJoy link for that reveal.

The link is not protected by a password. Anyone who receives or obtains the link may be able to open the reveal, so please share it only with people you intend to see it.

3. Price and payment

The price shown before checkout is the price charged for that reveal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. UnveilJoy does not receive your full card number.

4. Immediate digital supply and cancellation

Before payment, you must expressly request immediate supply of the digital reveal and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to certain distance contracts.

This does not remove your statutory rights. If the digital content is faulty, not as described or does not work as it should, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the text and information you place in a reveal. You must have the right to share it and must not use UnveilJoy for unlawful, abusive, threatening, infringing, fraudulent or harmful content.

If your reveal contains personal or sensitive information, only include information you are entitled to share. Remember that the recipient can forward the reveal link to others.

6. Availability and storage

Paid reveal links are intended to remain available while the UnveilJoy service operates, but UnveilJoy is not a permanent archival or backup service. We may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or service operation.

7. Refunds and problems

Because the reveal is supplied digitally and immediately after payment, change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be available once supply has begun. This does not affect rights you may have where the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

For payment or reveal problems, email unveiljoy@outlook.com and include your reveal link or Stripe receipt details. Never email us your full payment-card number.

8. Intellectual property

UnveilJoy's site design, branding, software and original artwork remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights in the message and other content you provide. You give us permission to process and display that content solely as needed to create, host and deliver your reveal.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, UnveilJoy is not responsible for losses caused by a recipient forwarding a reveal link, by information you choose to include, or by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
